Privacy policy

This policy covers p2h.io, the website of Port 2 Home. It describes what the site collects when you visit, what happens to anything you send us, and how to reach us about either.

It does not cover any service agreement between Port 2 Home and a customer. That is set out in the agreement itself.

The site does not set cookies. It does not run analytics, a tag manager, or any tracking script. Every file it loads, including its typeface, is served from p2h.io, so no third party learns from us that you were here. There is no account to create and nothing to sign in to.

The site is served by SiteGround, our hosting provider. Like any web host, SiteGround keeps standard server logs in order to deliver and protect the site: the address a request came from, the page requested, the time, and the browser used. We do not use those logs to identify or profile visitors, and they are held by SiteGround under its own terms.

The enquiry form asks for a name, a company, an email address, and a message. When you send it, those four details go to a script on p2h.io and are emailed from there to the mailbox we monitor for enquiries. They are not written to a database on this site, not added to a mailing list, and not handed to a third-party form service — the form posts to this site and nowhere else.

Our hosting provider relays that email and keeps the standard delivery logs any mail server keeps. We hold the message itself for as long as the enquiry is open and for as long afterward as our own records require. If you would rather not use the form, write to hello@p2h.io instead.

If you email hello@p2h.io, we receive your address and whatever you choose to send. We use it to reply to you and to handle your enquiry, and we keep it for as long as the enquiry is open and for as long afterward as our own records require.

We do not add you to a mailing list. We do not sell or rent your details. We do not share them with anyone except where handling your enquiry requires it or the law compels it.

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to hello@p2h.io and we will answer. Where the law of the place you live gives you further rights over your personal information, nothing here takes them away.

This site is written for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from a child. If you believe we have, tell us and we will delete it.

This policy changes when the site does. The date at the top is the date it last changed, and a change to what the site collects is written here before it is made on the site.
